Schedule a Walk
These two-hour Forest Bathing walks are designed to promote relaxation and reflection, restore attention and creativity, and foster reconnection with nature. The guide offers creative prompts for interaction with nature and opportunities for group sharing. A typical walk includes 3-12 participants and is for ages 15 and over unless otherwise indicated. 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.: The Scenic Rivers Land Trust Annual Walk for the Woods will be held at Bacon Ridge Natural Area. Registration will open April 7, 2025.
1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.: The Friends of Quiet Waters Park is sponsoring this Forest Bathing Walk as part of their Earth Day celebration. Registration is now open!
